Our Grasmere Cottage is now fully booked until 8 October

We’re delighted that we’ve let the special offer week mentioned in our last post. This means that our Grasmere Cottage is now fully booked until 8 October.

October is an absolutely beautiful time to visit the Lakes. The weather can be glorious, the trees are starting to turn, and the crowds of summer have gone. The days are still quite long, but there is a nip in the air, which makes it even more delightful to come back at the end of the day to our cosy, warm cottage, with its log burning stove and bubbly spa bath.

At present we have two weeks still available in October. These are the weeks commencing 8 October and 15 October, The rate for these weeks is just £690 per week.

Here are some photos of autumn in the Lakes . These are all just snaps taken by me on a walk from White Moss around Loughrigg terrace that takes about an hour to an hour and a half from Brockstone Cottage. Brockstone Cottage is in the White Moss area of Grasmere, and all these walks can be done from the door. Leave your car and spend the days on foot. Be inspired by the walks Wordsworth knew and loved.

You could be here this autumn at Brockstone Grasmere Cottage, enjoying these views and wonderful walks. I’ve written some of the walks from Brockstone Cottage and White Moss on this page of 6 Circular walks from White Moss

We’ve just received a really lovely review for Brockstone Grasmere Cottage. You can check out our latest review here, and be inspired!
