Here at White Moss, Grasmere, in the Lake District we’re in the middle of a very, very dry spell. After the floods of November 2009, it is hard to imagine, but we are having a drought, and there is talk of a hosepipe ban soon!
The lavender , however, is just loving this dry, sunny weather- and so are the bees.
At White Moss House we have at least 6 different lavenders- heavenly!
